To determine the strength needed for the threaded rod, we can use the formula for axial loading: Stress = Force/Area. Assuming the threaded rod is made of steel with a yield strength of 250 MPa, we can calculate the cross-sectional area of the rod and then determine the maximum load it can withstand. Using the formula for stress, we find that the threaded rod needs to have a minimum cross-sectional area of 1.4 cm^2 to withstand a central load of 10kg. Therefore, the threaded rod needs to be strong enough to support a load of 10kg without exceeding the yield strength of the material. **

To organize a community meeting, one should start by identifying the purpose and goals of the meeting. Then, it's important to select a date, time, and location that is convenient for the community members. Next, create a clear agenda outlining the topics to be discussed and the order in which they will be addressed.
